The information and services provided on this website, in-office, or through any communications do not constitute a substitute for medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or physical therapy.

  1. Dual Licensure & Scope of Practice

    • Our licensed mental health professionals offer therapy and counseling services within the scope of their training and credentials.

    • Our licensed massage therapists provide bodywork and manual therapy within the scope of their professional licensing.

    • These services are not interchangeable and are provided under separate professional roles.

  2. No Guarantee of Results

    • While we strive to provide high-quality care, individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

    • Mental health counseling is a process that requires active participation. Massage therapy is complementary but not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

  3. Not a Medical or Crisis Service

    • Radiant Life Therapeutics does not provide emergency medical or psychiatric services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or reach out to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

    • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, physical therapy, or chiropractic care.

  4. Privacy & Confidentiality

    • Mental health records are protected under HIPAA regulations, while massage therapy records may be governed by state privacy laws.

    • We maintain confidentiality within the limits of the law but may be required to disclose information in cases of harm to self or others, abuse, neglect, or court orders.

  5. Informed Consent & Service Distinction

    • Clients must sign separate informed consent forms for mental health counseling and massage therapy.

    • Massage therapy sessions do not include psychotherapy, and counseling sessions do not involve physical touch unless otherwise disclosed in specific therapeutic modalities that integrate body awareness techniques.

  6. Insurance & Billing Disclaimer

    • Insurance policies vary in coverage. Radiant Life Therapeutics does not guarantee insurance reimbursement for services.

    • Clients are responsible for verifying coverage and understanding the financial responsibility for their sessions.
